I'm a vegan and have been one for about a year now. I'm mostly doing it for health reasons since I practice martial arts. So far, it has really helped me out. I have tons of energy and stamina and my strength has gone up surprisingly.
Any of you guys into it?

I have never tried veganism. I love meat way too much. Plus man, how do you get your protein?

Protein is overrated in our society. Studies have shown links between too much protein consumptions and various cancers.
